This complex was built at the beach of Durres in "Pavarsia" street (infront of Hotel Adriatic 1) and consists of 5 buildings (linked to each other).

In this complex there are about 320 apartments with different surfaces ranging from 50 m2 to 150 m2. The ground floor has been handled with shops and other service facilities, and the ground floor has been treated as a parking lot close to 120 parking spaces.
