"Durres" is a complex of residential buildings and services with 12 floors above ground + 1 floor underground parking with a total surface area of 33 000 m2.

This complex was built in the city of Durres on "H. Kertusha" street and consists of 3 buildings (ladders) connected to each other. For this complex our company has cooperated with the company "KEVIN" shpk, Kavaje.

In this complex there are about 250 apartments with different surfaces ranging from 50 m2 to 130 m2. The ground floor has been handled with shops and other service facilities. The underground floor has been handled as a parking lot with 60 parking spaces.

In the construction of this complex are used materials and technology of the time.

For the realization of this project, our company has cooperated with specialized subcontracting companies.
