"Vlora" is a complex of residential buildings and services with 6 floors on ground floor + 1 floor underground parking with a total surface area of ​​18 000 m2.

This complex is built on the Vlora beach in "Sazani" street and consists of 4 buildings (3 stairs) connected to each other and the fourth building is separated.

In this complex there are about 150 apartments with different surfaces ranging from 70 m2 to 120 m2. The ground floor has been handled with shops and other service facilities, and the ground floor has been treated as a parking lot with 110 parking spaces.
