A 6 storey floor + 1 floor underground parking residential building with a total surface area of 6 200 m2.

This complex is built on the beach of Durres in "Pavarsia" street (adjacent to Dajlan Bridge).

In this building there are about 60 apartments with different surfaces ranging from 50 m2 to 130 m2. The ground floor has been handled with shops and other service facilities, and the underground floor has been handled as a parking lot with 60 parking spaces.

In the construction of this building were used materials and technology of the time.

For the realization of this project, our company has cooperated with specialized subcontracting companies.
